Pre-Order

Pre-orders are a down payment of the full price of the product. Once a pre-order is placed, it can only be changed within 48 hours. After that, the order can not be changed.

Final Payment

Once the figure has completed production, you will be e-mailed about paying the remaining makeup balance & shipping. Once these have been paid your figure will be shipped.

Shipping

The price for shipping will be determined by the size of the parcel and the delivery address. Once it has been paid, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse and you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
